Born and raised in Philadelphia, Karen's journey led her to Buffalo in 1981, driven by her passion for bodybuilding. For years, she not only competed but also shared her expertise as a personal trainer at Bally's fitness center.
In 1989, Karen transitioned from the fitness industry to embark on a new career at Ray Laks Honda in West Seneca.
